Bridging the Public-Private Divide Through Policy Learning: The Case of China’s Supplementary Medical Insurance Scheme
My research interests centre on the policy process of health and social care reforms. I am particularly interested in policy learning and experimentation, and how they interact to shape healthcare policymaking. I am keen to explore both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Before starting my PhD, I worked for three years as a research assistant. I hold an MSc in International Social and Public Policy from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a BA in Greater China Studies from the Education University of Hong Kong.
