Sanjay Paul is a seasoned digital practitioner with over three decades of experience, dedicated to enabling business innovation through technology. He has architected transformative solutions for complex, data-rich organisations across the public sector, healthcare, retail, automobile and finance. Currently serving as a civil servant, he leads data analytics architecture for national-scale transformation programmes.
With an engineering background and deep expertise in cloud computing, distributed systems, and risk-based design, Sanjay blends technical precision with strategic foresight. His thought leadership bridges policy, architecture, and ethical innovation, earning him recognition as a trusted adviser.
He is currently a PhD scholar at the University of York’s School for Business and Society. Previously, he earned his MBA from Warwick Business School. He is also a Fellow and Chartered IT Professional of BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. Beyond his professional role, Sanjay is an avid social and business researcher.
