Biography
Sanjay Paul is a seasoned digital practitioner with over three decades of experience, dedicated to enabling business innovation through technology. He has architected transformative solutions for complex, data-rich organisations across the public sector, healthcare, retail, automobile and finance. Currently serving as a civil servant, he leads data analytics architecture for national-scale transformation programmes.
With an engineering background and deep expertise in cloud computing, distributed systems, and risk-based design, Sanjay blends technical precision with strategic foresight. His thought leadership bridges policy, architecture, and ethical innovation, earning him recognition as a trusted adviser.
He is currently a PhD scholar at the University of York’s School for Business and Society. Previously, he earned his MBA from Warwick Business School. He is also a Fellow and Chartered IT Professional of BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. Beyond his professional role, Sanjay is an avid social and business researcher. He believes in the principle of ‘paying forward’ to the society, demonstrated through his active volunteering engagements.
