Biography

Sampath earned his Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Kelaniya in Sri Lanka.  He holds a Masters Degree in Management by thesis from the Toi-Ohomai Institute of Technology in New Zealand and MBA in Human Resources Management from Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM) Sri Lanka. Sampath is a Certified Lean six sigma black belt which he  obtained in the USA. 

He is also a certified (IPMA-CP) HR Professional by the Institute of Public Management Association for Human Resources USA and a member of the HRNZ New Zealand. Sampath has over 20 years of senior managerial experience, serving for blue chips and multinational companies in Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, South Africa and New Zealand. He has been a visiting lecturer for many states and private-owned universities in Sri Lanka.
