Biography

As a full-time caregiver for my grandmother who had Alzheimer's, I felt a deep need to understand dementia better and to advocate for those affected by it. Throughout my time caring for my grandmother, I made educational TikToks sharing my journey as a caregiver. Through my posts, I shared our experiences, spread awareness, and became a passionate advocate for dementia, working with charities and various media channels. My focus now is on research aimed at improving care and quality of life for people living with dementia and their carers.
