Biography

Biography

Ela completed their BA and MA in History at Queen Mary University of London, during which time they developed their interests in public transport management and provision.

Since then, they have developed their work on public transport, focusing both on the wider strategic goals of transport systems, as well as system details such as accessibility and system usability.

Their current research focuses on traditionally underserved communities (rural and island communities), especially the intersection between heritage and public utility within these communities.
