During this time, I obtained an MBA from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and an international MBA from Hochschule Bremen’s International Graduate Center. In 2021, I started my Ph.D. journey at Cardiff University in a 1+3 program, where I attained an MSc in Social Science Research Methods. I presented my MSc research [Cults: A Narrative Review] at the 17th Organization Studies Workshop ‘Utopias and dystopias: Organization studies in a brave new world?’ in May 2023.
