Profile

Biography

Prior to joining the University of York in 2022, Jo gained extensive teaching experience across a range of undergraduate, postgraduate and professional programmes. Working within cross-disciplinary teams, Jo developed new courses in collaboration with industry and was part of the teaching team on workbased learning modules.

Most recent research interest includes employee wellbeing having mentored and supported academic and administrative staff through the voluntary role of Dignity at Work Advisor.

Jo is a Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy (HEA) and holds an MSc in Marketing from the University of Huddersfield.
