Profile

Biography

Catherine Botting is a lecturer in Management and Organisational Change. She joined the School for Business and Society in January 2021.

Before becoming an academic, Catherine had a long corporate career as both a leader in large multinational organisations such as GE and as a consultant working as a Human Capital Consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers. Subsequently she ran her own consultancy practice for 15 years supporting organisations with transformation, change and leadership development. During that time, she worked with clients as diverse as the United Nations, AT&T and Cadbury.
