Caroline is a graduate of Leeds University, and a Chartered Accountant. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers and spent 15 years working in both practice and the financial services industry before deciding on a career change into accounting education in 2009. Caroline’s research interests centre on accountants and accounting trainees; she is currently working on a collaborative project which examines where accounting trainees develop non-technical skills.
