SPSW welcomes Dr Shin of the OECD

SPSW Taught Postgraduates welcomed Dr Eunkyung Shin from the OECD Social Policy Division in Paris.

Dr Shin gave an overview of OECD (Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development) work in the field of social indicators and databases, and spoke about careers within the OECD. A number of our Social Policy graduates take up opportunities within international agencies, including the OECD, UN and UNICEF (United Nations Children's Fund). The visit was an opportunity for students to receive advice and insight on future careers.
