We set service standards for many aspects of the services that we deliver, and measure ourselves against them to ensure that we’re meeting your requirements.

Our service standards cover areas including:

  • How quickly and effectively we respond to queries
  • Our provision of requested documents
  • Satisfaction with our training sessions

They’re reviewed annually, to ensure that they’re still relevant, and we use several sources of information to measure what we’re achieving, including surveys, customer feedback, and our own data.
