We are keen to support disability rights and disabled students and staff. We promote social and human rights models of disability and are committed to making positive changes to further the voices and experiences of disabled students and staff.
Disability covers anyone who has a long term condition, which affects their everyday life and explicitly includes people with mental health issues, visible and invisible disabilities, learning difficulties, chronic and mental health conditions.
We are also keen to support and include people who are neurodiverse and deaf people who consider deafness to be a culture rather than a disability.
