Some jobs attract large numbers of applicants, and reviewing them can be time consuming.

An applicant's answers to a set of 'job specific questions' (JSQs) lets you assess their key skills without reading their whole application.

Use them:

  • for jobs which attract a lot of applicants
  • whenever you have important criteria that you want candidates to address directly

You will need to add any JSQs when setting up your vacancy, so plan your questions ahead of this.
