You are able to ask your candidates additional ‘job Specific Questions’ as part of the application form.

Using job specific questions enables you to:

  • Shortlist many applicants quickly against core skills/requirements
  • Filter candidates in relation to specific essential criteria
  • Focus on assessing transferable skills/behaviours
  • Force candidates to directly address specific requirements

Take care when using job specific questions for hard to fill roles, as a lengthy and burdensome application process can deter some candidates. You will need to add any JSQs when setting up your vacancy.
