Pi-puck development

Posted on 23 August 2019

The Department of Computer Science and The York Robotics Laboratory, a purpose-built research facility located on Campus East, have developed the Pi-puck.

The Pi-puck is a modular expansion for the popular e-puck robot that allows it to interface with a Raspberry Pi Zero single board computer.

This allows researchers to improve the processing power, memory capacity, expandability and networking capabilities of the e-puck robot, all at a low cost. The Pi-puck is available for purchase as a product from GCtronic, our commercial partner.
