CAMHS for Deaf and Blind Children

ACAMH Yorkshire branch are pleased to invite Professor Jan van Dijk from the Netherlands who is a world expert on mental health and deafblind children, and has a wealth of experience in designing and implementing helpful interventions for deaf and blind children.  He will present theory and videos of examples of working with children and families and will leave time for a question and answer session at the end.

This conference aims to bring together experts, clinicians and practitioners who support deaf children or deafblind children, to help build knowledge and skills, and to enhance practitioner confidence in supporting deaf and blind children and their families.
