Where I hope to be in 5 years
I would like to do an MBA.
My advice to students considering work
Decide what you want as early as possible, it is absolutely critical, getting a job is becoming more specialised and the more time you have to work towards your goal the better. Don't leave it till 3rd year!
What I do
I rotate around the bank in six months placements, learning as much as possible whilst doing business as usual, with a view to assume a leadership role at the end of the placements.
Skills I use and how I developed them
Society leadership roles and internships have helped.
What I like most
I enjoy the fact that it is project based, and there is a lot of variety.
What I like least
There can be periods with little to do.
What would I change? I would be in a company with international aspirations.
