The recruitment process

Three rounds of interviews(excluding HR phone interview). The first one was very much competency based and behavioral questions. The second one was technical related and the last one was role specific questions.

How my visa affected the recruitment process

Visa is honestly not a big issue for the bulge bracket firms as long as you meet the selection criteria.

My career goals when I graduated

Working in the investment banking industry.

Before I had joined Citi, I was an intern at China Construction Bank and Santander Bank.

What I do

Currently working in a small team of ten people.
-Analysing credit worthiness of financial products such as loans, mortgages, and margin lending within the EMEA region(Hong Kong, UAE, Bahrain, Central Europe).
-Produce products reports corresponde to its markets region on a daily basis.
-Attending regional conference call once every week.
