I would like to be a Human Resources Manager.

My advice to students considering work

Take part in a range of activities during your time at university to broaden your networks.

What I do

1.Being a business partner for Demand Chain and Logistic Services China to support their recruitment, employee training and competence development; 2.Take care of DC, LSC and Head Office new employees on-boarding process and organize orientation to help new employees integrate into the SKF environment; Facilitate new employees' probation, evaluation and employment contract renewal;
3.Drive performance management process to support the achievement of business goals and competency development;
4.Organize employee survey and other HR activities to build a positive working climate;
5.Deal with various employee relations matters in a professional manner; handle termination formalities; conduct exit interviews;
6.Coordinate and conduct training programs including new employee orientation program; collect training needs and propose training plan; work with SKF College and other HR colleagues to develop various training programs for employees' competency and career development;
7. Manage payroll and salary adjustment for the two BUs;
8.Foreign employees relocation management and support.

Degree skills:
During my course I developed my presentation skills, English skills and analysis skills.

Extracurricular skills:
It is useful to have skills in communication with western people.
