Thesis
Research title: The high politics of food: investigating the intersection between geopolitics, food security and environmental sustainability
Tonghua's thesis is co-supervised by Prof. Tony Heron in the Department of Politics and International Relations and Dr. Jonathan Green at SEI York. He is interested in studying how geopolitical dynamics alter food production and consumption patterns, and how changes in these can impact environmental sustainability.

Master of Science in International Relations (Distinction), University of Glasgow, UK.
Bachelor of Management in Agricultural & Forestry Economics Management, Yunnan Agricultural University (Co-operation Programme with New Zealand Lincoln University), China and New Zealand.
