The 2012 graduate summer school of the Intensive Programme in Narratology took place in Aarhus, Denmark, from the 5th to the 18th of August. Richard Walsh contributed two sessions on fictionality.

Narrative Theories in Action

The Intensive Programme in Narratology is an interdiscipllinary graduate programme run by Stefan Iversen of Aarhus University, Denmark; the summer school brings together leading narratological scholars from around the world for a two-week series of masterclasses on aspects of narrative theory.

The 2012 summer school, titled Narrative Theories in Action, included two sessions on fictionality run by Richard Walsh; for further details see the full programme. The event provides a unique opportunity for graduate students with narrative interests from a range of disciplinary backgrounds, and was highly rated by this year's international set of participants.
