A lecture and wine reception for postgraduates in the Modern period hosted by the Centre for Modern Studies Postgraduate Forum.

The forum provides a platform for research students working within the  period to present pieces of work and to share ideas with other students from across the humanities . It offers opportunities for research students to develop and hone their presentational and discussion skills in an informal atmosphere amongst their peers, and supplements the interdisciplinary research community based around the Humanities Research Centre.

The lecture is an opportunity for postgraduates to hear work in their period and learn more about the forum and how they might become involved.
