Dr Graeme MacDonald opens the Resistant Resources lecture series with a paper examining 'petrofictions', that is, the relationship between petro-culture and fiction. His work is field-determining, and will be of interest to anyone engaged with debates about contemporary literature and culture, material culture, global or world literature, and/or postcolonial studies. He also has expertise in Scottish literature and culture. His paper will fuel our critical faculties.
Resistant Resources is a four-part lecture series taking place throughout the Spring term. The schedule for the upcoming lectures can be found here.
