Dr Jessica Lamothe
Jessica completed her doctorate at the University of York in 2017. Her thesis was a critical edition of De remediis contra temptaciones, a fourteenth-century religious treatise in Latin and Middle English, incorporating textual criticism and descriptions of the manuscripts and early printed witnesses. She has worked in libraries and museums in Canada and the UK, and is a specialist in cataloguing and interpreting special collections from the medieval period to the present. She is currently working towards publishing her thesis as a monograph.
