Cake Thursday

Cake Thursday is a great tradition in the HRC! At 4.15pm on Thursday during term time, we meet in the foyer to eat cake.  It's an opportunity to take a break from work and to meet fellow arts and humanties postgraduates from different disciplines and from around the world.  We encourage groups of postgraduates to get together to bake cakes and to run a Cake Thursday, just for the love of baking and sharing cake, or to raise money for a charity of their choice.  

Cake Thursday is so popular that the cakes have usually been consumed by 4.45pm so don’t delay...
