Profile

Biography

Anne is a Chartered Forensic Psychiatrist with an interest in research, including leading the Forensic Research Group at Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust which has a partnership with the University of York. She is also a member of the Mental Health and Addiction Research Group (MHARG) and the Chair for the Latin America-UK Collaboration for Forensic Mental Health Research, Development, and Innovation (LATAM). Her transferable research skills enhance the development of partnerships across the UK and internationally, informing global forensic mental health initiatives with a strong commitment to prioritising and integrating lived experience throughout her research.

Overview

Anne's research interests include global aspects of mental health; the mental health and wellbeing of offenders; and the mental health experiences of females.
