Biography

Heather is an applied health services researcher in the York Trials Unit with experience of conducting quantitative and qualitative research across a range of projects in public health and medical education.

Qualifications:

Research

Overview

Heather’s research interests include public health interventions and educational interventions. She is also interested in exploring the role that patient, public engagement can play in research.

Projects

  • BRIGHT - Brushing Reminder 4 Good Oral Health.
  • COLT: Development of a patient reported outcome measure for patients after a complex leg trauma.

Heather is interested in supervising PhDs with a public health focus using qualitative or mixed method approaches.
