Biography

Ann qualified as a nurse in 1993 from Leeds University. In 1995 she returned to York and qualified as a Midwife. Following completion of her BSc (Hons) in Community Health Care Nursing at Leeds Metropolitan University in 1998, Ann returned to York and has since worked in the community as a Community Staff Nurse, Health Visitor, Community Cardiac Specialist Nurse and, Specialist Nurse and Virtual Ward Team Leader.

Ann joined the department of Health Sciences in 2013 as a Lecturer.
