Graduating students awarded prizes

Congratulations to all our students who graduated today at a ceremony held in Central Hall, at the University of York.

Ahead of the ceremony, a reception was held by the Department of Health Sciences for the graduands and their families, who were joined by staff from the department for a glass of fizz.

The Head of Department, Professor Karl Atkin, welcomed them and congratualted them on their achievements. He then presented two awards:

Natalie Buttery, who won oustanding academic achievement prize, PG Diploma in Nursing programme

and

Grace Robinson, who won oustanding practice prize, PG Diploma in Nursing programme.
