The 2017 Tobacco Control Plan for England envisages a smoke-free generation - but when, and how will this be achieved? In this presentation, Professor Britton will look at what the plan says, and doesn’t say, about how the government intends to realise this ambition; and identify just some of the problems that need to be addressed if the plan is to succeed.
