Lena Liapi did her first degrees at the University of Athens (BA & MA) and her PhD at the University of York.   She has taught at the University of York, the University of Aberdeen, and Leeds Beckett University. Lena now teaches in the History Department at the University of Keele, Staffordshire.  Her book Roguery in Print: Crime and Culture in Early Modern London was published in August 2019 by Boydell Press.
