Profile

Biography

Yao is a PhD student in the Department of Economics and Related Studies, supervised by Professor Zaifu Yang. Her primary research interests are in microeconomics, mechanism and market design, game theory and health economics.

Yao has been awarded the department full scholarship for PhD in economics from 2013 to 2017. She completed a Bachelor degree in Finance (distinction) at Hefei University of Technology, China, and an MSc in Economics (distinction) at University of York, UK.
