Seventeenth-Century Gothic

No moment in English architectural history has been more maligned by the prevailing historiography. This half-day symposium will look beyond the historicist notions of 'revival' and 'survival', and showcase new ways of understanding the presence of Gothic architecture beyond the middle ages.
