Mark has experience in a broad range of systematic reviews and technology assessments. These include systematic reviews of treatments for knee osteoarthritis and phantom limb pain, scoping reviews of psoriasis biomarkers and extravasation injury treatments, and many assessments for NICE (e.g. of diagnostic tests, various gene therapies, and other recently licensed treatments, especially biologics).
His main research interests are in improving systematic review methods, particularly with respect to assessment of study biases.
