Biography

Alexis has worked on a wide range of systematic reviews and health technology assessments for a number of funders including the National Institute of Health Research (NIHR), the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE), the UK Department of Health and the US Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI). Recent projects include: Lipid-lowering therapies in children with heterozygous familial hypercholesterolaemia, anti-VEGF drugs for managing proliferative diabetic retinopathy, and MRI-fusion for suspected prostate cancer.

Alexis has an interest in diagnostic and therapeutic technology assessments and in systematic review methodology.
