The Department of Chemistry at York is committed to providing a safe, diverse and respectful environment for staff and students free from all forms of discrimination, bullying and harassment. As a department, we will not tolerate bullying and harassment between any members of the department.

Dignity at work and study

Provides information for students and staff about making informal or formal reports about bullying, harassment, or hate incidents. In general, staff are advised go through their line manager to resolve an issue with the support of HR. If needed, the University has a mediation service to support staff.
