Profile

Biography

Sakshi Mohan joined CHE in November 2019 as a Research Fellow for the Thanzi La Onse project. Sakshi holds an MA in International Economic Policy (with a focus on Africa and Global Health) from Sciences Po, Paris. Her master's thesis looked at the demographic and spatial determinants of treatment success among tuberculosis cases in India. 
 
Sakshi holds a BSc in Economics from St. Xavier's College (Kolkata, India). Prior to joining CHE, she worked as an economist at the Ministry of Health in Malawi under the ODI Fellowship Scheme and as a Research Assistant at IFMR-LEAD, an Indian non-profit organisation conducting scalable action-oriented research in development economics and finance. 
 
Her interests include economic evaluation of health policies in low and middle income countries and data-based solutions for the optimization of healthcare delivery.
