JHRP reviews Kony 2012

The Journal of Human Rights Practice has released a collection of four reviews on the Kony 2012 online video that campaigned for the arrest of Joseph Kony, alleged Commander-in-Chief of the Lord’s Resistance Army.

Lucy Harding's Oxford University Press blog discusses the different approaches taken by the four writers on the meaning and impact of online video campaigning in the field of human rights and humanitarian disasters. All four reviews (in JHRP vol 4:3, Nov 2012) have been made available free for a limited period of time, including one by CAHR Senior Lecturer Lars Waldorf.
