Gacheke Gachihi works with the National Coalition for Human Rights Defenders in Kenya. He is a social justice activist working at grassroots level in the slums of Nairobi with the objective of encouraging community members to know their rights and connecting them with policymakers and duty bearers. His talk will look at the successes and challenges of this work.
