Room Bookings

To book the Biology Atrium

  • View bookings via the Timetabling Gateway (https://timetable.york.ac.uk/)
  • Prior approval is required before any event can be booked in the Biology Atrium

To book all other Biology rooms

  • View availability of rooms at: https://timetable.york.ac.uk/
  • Once you have found a suitable room, date and time, make a room booking via the ‘Book all other Biology Rooms’ button at the top of the page
  • Your booking request will be submitted to the University Room Bookings team who will reply to confirm your booking. If you have any questions about room bookings email: roombookings@york.ac.uk  Tel: 4041
  • If you are making a booking that involves the Atrium, poster boards or you are hosting an event complete the Event Booking Form prior to your booking

  • To be used in K block Atrium only
  • Maximum of 25 boards
