Biological Agents Safety Committee
The main purpose of the University ‘Biological Agents Safety Committee’ is to:
- Review, advise on, and approve all risk assessments for genetically modified activities
- Monitor the implementation of University policy and procedures relating to biological agents (including genetically modified organisms and other hazardous biological agents) to ensure compliance with legislative requirements
