Candidates will be emailed by HR with the outcome of shortlisting and of interviews. Due to the volume of work involved, we don't routinely provide detailed feedback to unsuccessful candidates. It is the decision of the department whether further feedback is given to external candidates who request it.

Should departments consider giving feedback it is recommended that it is provided by a nominated member of the recruitment panel, normally the chair, and based on the content of the shortlisting form. Departments are encouraged to give feedback to their internal candidates in terms of providing advice on career development.
