As part of the HR & Finance Transformation Programme, we are taking the opportunity to review and streamline our HR policies.
The recruitment policy is now in its new format. We’ve blended the policy, procedure and guidance to avoid duplication. Whilst the guiding principles of the policy remain the same, the document is 65% shorter! Saving our recruiting managers admin time whilst providing greater clarity.
