Applications are now open for 2023/24 cohorts
The Collaborative Leadership Programmes is targeted at middle and senior managers, typically in grades 7 to 9. The POD team are pleased to announce that they will be offering the programme to three cohorts of staff over the 2023/24 academic year.
The aims of the programme are to enable delegates to:
- Create a culture of empowerment that maximizes effectiveness
- Articulate and deliver their vision with integrity and passion
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to fulfill the university vision of public good
