HR Operations colleagues (HR Advisers and HR Partners) give advice on people management issues, planning and restructures. Please contact the team using the central email address rather than sending messages to your HR Adviser's email account.

By contacting the central address your query goes into Zendesk (our ticket management system) and is assigned to the appropriate HR Adviser. Zendesk enables us to deal with queries more efficiently and ensures that your query can be picked up by someone else if a colleague is on leave or if the issue develops and needs wider input.

This new approach was introduced in January 2022, but we understand that some colleagues still have a preference for emailing their HRA directly. Please be reassured that Zendesk is the best way to get support from the team. It also helps us to capture and analyse data to identify trends, potential areas for training, improved sharing of information, policy and process development.
