Arrangements for RtW checks in preparation for the Christmas break

Due to the extended Christmas break, the Compliance Team will not be available to undertake right to work checks between 18 December and 4 January.

We would like to encourage any staff joining the University on, or shortly after, 4 January 2021 to undertake a right to work check prior to 18 December. To facilitate this, the team are proactively contacting new starters, recruiting managers and those registered on Dashboard as super users.

If you need to engage additional casual workers to join the University over the Christmas period, please remember that they will need to have a right to work check and be approved on Dashboard prior to undertaking any work. The last day for us to approve any workers is 18 December.

Right to Work checks are currently being conducted remotely, due to Covid-19. Here is a reminder of the remote right to work check arrangements currently in place.
