Profile

Biography

I am interested to work on the effects of social policy on families and children. Specifically, my research focuses on early childhood education policies and their consequences for children's development and parents' economic stability.

I received My Ph.D. in Human Development from the University of Putra Malaysia and I did my master’s degree in Sociology from the Institute of Social and Cultural Studies, University of the Punjab Lahore, Pakistan.

Currently, I am working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Sociology, Bahauddin Zakariya University Multan, Pakistan since June 2017. In addition, I had one years’ experience as a Research Assistant at National University of Singapore and Thammasat University of Bangkok, Thailand. I also had one years’ experience in United Nations Development Program as a Project manager with the theme named “Rehabilitation for Salt affected Program”.
