Contacting me
Happy to share insights across fundraising, charity, education and international development. A strong preference for contact by phone - far too much typing in my day job :-)
What I do
I work as a fundraiser for an international development charity
Skills I use and how I developed them
I guess my core skills are sales and business development. My role is about growing relationships with philanthropists and supporting them through their giving journey
What I like most
I love networking events and meeting some really cool and passionate people. I am also able to work with families who are structuring their philanthropy and investing. It's great to be with them and directly support their thinking
What I like least
The people who say no
What surprised me most
How may people have a huge amount of money and not a clue what to do with it.
