Monitoring Ambient Dustfall
The aim was to carry out field trials of novel designs of deposit gauge based on the shape of an inverted Frisbee.
SEI showed that a Frisbee gauge lined with a polyester foam insert was 36% more efficient than the British Standard gauge. This version of the Frisbee gauge is now produced commercially.
