Welcome to the Student and Academic Support Service.

Our vision is to contribute to the University’s vision by working in partnership with the wider University community to provide high quality, innovative and accessible services to students and staff.

The team can help if you need information, advice and guidance, or support with general non-academic enquiries. Friendly staff led by the Student and Academic Services Manager are trained to deal with a wide range of enquiries and are a key source of information on many University services.

Think of us as a 'first-stop shop'. We have approachable staff trained to deal with a wide range of enquiries and provide key information and help on many University services, as well as offering advice and guidance. If we can't answer your question, we will contact colleagues to get the answer or direct you elsewhere if we need to.

Where we are

We are located on the ground floor of the Seebohm Rowntree Building. Our opening hours are 8.30am - 4.30pm, Monday - Friday.
